"I just experienced a very concerning and disappointing encounter with Gracie regarding my Insurance Policy. Long story short - I received 2 sets of "updated" policy information. Dated the exact same Effective Dates - the 1st is a duplicate of my original policy for home and 3 cars/drivers (myself plus 2 sons). The other was for home and 2 cars/drivers (myself plus 1 son). When I called to question the differences and why I received both of these when I have not made any changes, I was met with resistance and condescending behavior. Issues here - 1. Changes made to my policy without my knowledge - the Primary on the account also the one who's credit card pays the monthly premiums on autopay. 2. A new policy was drawn up for my 3rd driver at of course a higher premium - and was attached to MY policy account for autopay, again without my knowledge and no way of seeing the new policy (if I even knew about it). 3. And come to find out that the listed financial institution for the car loan is/has been incorrect - who knows who's account that is, as it is two totally separate entities and we have never done business with the one. And yes to answer the question if I reached out to my son to see if he made changes - he advised that he did not. He called shopping for renters insurance. The comments from Gracie regarding all this was the icing on the cake for me. The excuses, the assumptions and like I said the condescending tone/comments from her pretty much made my decision to take my business elsewhere."
